Refund Policy

At Qrcmark.com, your satisfaction is always our top priority!

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges or offer refunds unless the item you received has a major issue. This includes when the item:

  1. Is significantly different from the description or sample shown;
  2. Is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or during shipping;
  3. Is not the item you ordered.

Please note that our products are custom-made to order and produced based on market demand, which means they may not always be readily available. Additionally, product images may differ slightly from the actual item due to lighting during photography or monitor display settings. As such, please allow for some variation between advertised images and the item you receive.

If the issue is determined to be major, we may offer a replacement or a refund within a reasonable time. In such cases, the product may be kept at the customer’s discretion.

To begin the complaint process, please contact our Customer Support team and include the following information:

  • Order number and shipping label
  • Photos or a video of the defective product
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you return your order without first contacting our Customer Support team and it does not meet the refund conditions, a refund will not be issued. We will notify you via email with any available options to proceed.

  • Refunds or exchanges are NOT available for products purchased during sales or promotions.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Please note that our refund/replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or replacement.

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the date of purchase, please contact our support team to request a full refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or your cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank for details on when the credit will appear in your account.
